Taking another break from my Calendar pages to celebrate another birthday. Lots of sparkle for her. If you saw my husband’s birthday card you can tell I just got metallic paint and am having fun with it.

It’s my husband’s birthday! He requested a special card made just for him and this is what I came up with. Shaker cards are just so much fun. I flicked some diluted gold and silver paint from a paintbrush onto the shaker background for some extra pizazz. Tip: Used Stampin’ Up! foam adhesive for your shaker cards. I tried foam tapes, but they are too wide to easily turn around round or odd shapes.
To create this card I used my Foxy Friends Bundle, Stitched Framelits, Sunshine Sayings stamp set, and Foxy Friends DSP.
Now is a great time to join Stampin’ Up!
To celebrate my uncle’s birthday today, I used both Stampin’ Up! Bella & Friends and Pretty Kitty stamp sets. They remind me of his kitty Frankie and grandpuppy Zoe.
Check out the extra sparkle in the snow using Wink of Stella.
For a faux Bokeh look use the circle tree stamp from Stampin’ Up! Totally Trees with coordinating colors.
Another shaker card! Obviously I can’t get enough of them. Love that this layout could be easy used with any color combination, but why not use the A Little Foxy coordinating suite?
The banners from the set can be cut out by hand or make it simple with the coordinating Bunch of Banners Framelits.

This week I’ll be featuring two stamp sets that are great for making fun cards. I used Butterfly Basics and the Sunshine Bundle to create six different cards.
The first card uses just the Butterfly Basics stamp set and Butterflies Thinlits Dies. This set is sold separately, but coordinates beautifully.
